Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – 3 – 7 business days

Express Shipping – 1 – 3 business days

Free Shipping on all orders over $1,000

Shipping times are based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Couriers Please to deliver your orders.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery status.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@trusoundz.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup
You may choose to pick up your order from our store at no extra cost. You will receive a notification once your order is ready.
